Terms & Conditions

Midas Touch is an application for organising personal finances, investments, projects, family allowances and shared group costs. It is operated by Samuel Troilius (info@midastouch.cloud). By creating an account or using Midas Touch, you agree to these terms.

Personal planning & no financial advice

Midas Touch helps you organise and explore your own numbers. Calculations, forecasts, tax estimates and Midas AI responses are for informational planning only and are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Always check important figures before relying on them.

Reference rates & market data

Exchange rates and market prices shown in the app are historical or delayed reference snapshots and are not live trading or transaction quotes.

Your account & shared spaces

Keep your sign-in details private and enter only information you have the right to use. If you invite family members, children or friends to Household or Cost Split workspaces, you are responsible for managing those invitations. Cost Split records shared balances only and does not transfer money. If you leave a shared group or close your account, shared group entries may remain visible to other participants so their balances stay accurate.

Availability, changes & governing law

Midas Touch is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Features or terms may be updated as the app evolves, and the service and these terms may be transferred to a corporate entity established to operate Midas Touch. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
